Rare Red was soon followed by other releases that shared the same wide ranging appeal in White and Rosé wines. Varietals came next, with five of the most popular wine types with the same smooth, easy to enjoy styles. "We're pretty excited about our newest Rare Blend, Bourbon Barrel Red - bourbon barrel aging adds an extra dimension and its one of today's fastest growing types of red wine. We're bottling the first release later in early November, so check with your favorite wine provider when you're doing your holiday wine shopping".

2016 barrel RED blendBourbon barrel aged, layered with vibrant dark cherry, blackberry, vanilla spice and cocoa flavors followed by a lingering finish. Partially aged for 3 mo. in bourbon barrels, the balance of the cuveé, aged in French and American oak.

Elegant layers of dark stone fruit and black cherry accents by oak barrel spice and moderate tannins. Complex and engaging big, full bodied.

2016 Purple BlendDeeply colored, dark red wine is full bodied with supple black currant and black pepper flavors, followed by gentle oak spice and a lingering finish.

2017 CabernetThis full bodied, medium dry red wine has soft tannins and is ready to enjoy tonight. Barrel aged 12 months, 35% American, 65% French oak.

2018 ChardonnayThese crisp citrus aromas and flavors strike a nice balance that makes this a perfect companion. 40% Barrel, 60% stainless steel fermented at 55°.

2017 MerlotThis versatile red wine has a pleasing balance of rich fruit, acidity and tannins. 60% Barrel aged in American oak for 16 months, fermented at 88°.

2018 Pinot NoirMedium bodied with bright red berry flavors, a light touch of oak and soft tannins. Stainless steel fermentation, 90% barrel aged in French and American oak.
